[TowerTalk] Question on how to resurface boom tubing that wasscored by debris...

For the boom repair on the antenna here, I simply filed off the burrs, 
doessed it good with never seize and put it back together.
As the one section is inside the other I really didn't care what it 
looked like, just whether I could get it apart after I put it back together.
