Sure - it's a weasel clause related to their  potential risk exposure 
related to snow and ice loading. Since their towers  won't comply with any tower 
ice loading standards, it's caveat emptor for  buyers. 
 
    A weasel clause is a statement that if  you don't comply with, they can 
weasel out of any liability. Since tower  manufacturers are insurance 
driven enterprises, they are very risk averse.
