[TowerTalk] Cushcraft A4S Trap Orientation

A friend of mine was given an A4S that has a problem. The 10 
Meter portion resonates at 41 MHz (using MFJ Antenna Analyzer).

He thinks one of the 10 Meter traps may be installed backwards. 
Since all markings are long gone, how does one determine the 
proper orientation, or does it not matter and perhaps one or 
more of the traps is bad ??
