This is why you use a credit card for purchases! Simply dispute the sale. 
The merchant get's the charges reversed and so do you. MFJ wants' the balun 
back?  Then they (MFJ) sends a cal tag for ups pickup. Pretty simple. Not a 
dime out of your pocket.

As far as then not having the beam balun... I can't help you there.
