[TowerTalk] Another Complaint About Tuner Offerings

Thats worth more than two cents? I wasn't thinking of adding circuits to
display the values but if going that far it would really be helpful to
display the impedances as the dials are changed.

Twisting the dials of an antenna tuner is like driving a car
blindfolded-maybe a road will be there when the steering wheel is turned and
maybe not. Maybe the mismatch will be improved and maybe not- until after a
few trial and error attempts.

And when the tuner matches there is no clue as to what enabled the
match--only the meaningless numbers.

btw- it wouldn't work to simply think that 2.5 would mean 25 percent of
maximum value. The dials start with 0 making it necessary to mentally
offset all readings by the minimum value. Of course at maximum setting the
offset isn't appropiate.
