I received an email from Rob a few days ago, and we had another email
exchange after that.  He sent some replacement parts for my LogiKit CMOS-4
keyer (purchased in 2002!) immediately after that, and I received them
yesterday.  I was very satisfied with the resolution.

Well, after sending more emails and more phone messages, none of which were
returned, I finally got an email today from Idiom regarding two replacement
parts I need, which were put in today's mail.  I guess the squeaky wheel
gets the grease; but by the time the grease gets on it, the bearings are
long gone!
