[TowerTalk] Protecting Buried Guy Anchors and Tower Sections

[Mark Robinson]

I was just going to put it inside the bottom section where the bolts are 6 
feet from the ground.  As you rightly say, I don't want to be dealing with 
oil up on the tower.

It is a matter of getting the oil inside the legs of the bottom section.
