[TowerTalk] guy cable use.

ehs cable is so cheap, why risk it. Are you installing 2 sets of guys?  I 
believe that is in the Rohn spec for a Rohn 25 tower at your height. Are you 
using the guy brackets to connect the guys to the tower legs?
