[TowerTalk] Now there is a tower and rotator! (Updated)

BTW John (WD8RXP) and Ken (WD8RZE) constructed the tower with no special 
tools. It was basically just the two of them. Their hoist was a GMC 4X4 
and a long piece of 3/8" wire rope.
