The problems with "string of bead" chokes are 1) that they are not
resistive at the operating frequency, which makes them quite sensitive to
the length of the feedline; and 2) they don't have enough choking
impedance to do provide much noise rejection. Simple coils of coax with
no ferrite cores have the same limitations.
Again, study my tutorial to understand why.
