[TowerTalk] Liquid tape and UV

I have used it for a while and I have as much UV as anyone. If you use it by
itself you can forget it, it is useless.  However, if you cover with black
tape followed by a good coat of over-the-counter liquid tape and another
coat of black tape, it will do fine.

Will common, over-the-counter liquid tape hold up to prolonged exposure to
UV?  I looked in the archives and see lots of discussion about liquid tape
but nothing specific about UV tolerance.
