On someone's reference, I contacted moonblink.com and bought some of this:

It's $425 for 1000 feet, so about 50cents with shipping.
I think they will cut it, but will likely cost more,  In any case, it's 
pretty cheap.  I hope it's good, because I put together a 2000 foot order 
with some local pals!  I saw LMR-400 at a recent hamfest for $1.10/ft!
