[TowerTalk] Rotating Mast Bracket

Good Morning,

I have a crank up tower and plan on installing a 4 ele STEPPIR this summer 
to replace my monobanders.  Seems to me that I remember someone makes a boom 
or mast plate that allows the end of the boom to be rotated toward the 
ground.  This way I could access the elements without taking down the beam. 
Thought I'd check what is out there in the world before attempting to design 
something and having it fabricated.

Any info would be appreciated.
