[TowerTalk] Climbing Glen Martin M-18 Tower

I've had to climb my 40' M18 when a cable got looped over the top of the 
tower and the hazer wouldn't come down.
I kept my feet toward the outside of the horizontal pieces - resulted in 
some bending but the hazer still goes up and down with no problems.
