I have a TW-33XL, the Mosley 3L WARC tribander, and the driven element has
no loading coil.

A friend of mine is trying to put together a TW31XL and needs a copy of the 
manual which shows the aluminum placement and the 30 meter coil turns.  Even

a diagram of the actual element will help.
