[TowerTalk] Mosley CL-36 maintenance

I believe the driven element uses 2 lengths of center and insulation 
from RG/8 inside the
element to create a capacity coupling. (Been many years since I owned 
one). In any
event check the connections to the center connector and insulation for 
dryness. It's a
pretty good antenna, in my opinion ...
