Thanks to all who answered my question. Actually I was making a mistake trying to start HFTA from the old computer disk, using it as an external USB hard drive. I found the Antenna Book CD, installed it and now all the companion software are running fine. No problems with Windows 7. 73, -- Jim, HK1N
