That's all relative.  About two years ago, my neighbor loaned me a 
four-section push-up to use for building and testing mono-banders for 
15M and 10M.  We lashed it to a deck about 30 ft from my shack, extended 
it to about 20 ft, guyed it at two levels, and added a small rotor. We 
built and tested the 4-el 15M beam first, then took it down and built 
and tested the 4-el 10M beam.  That 10M beam has been there for two 
years, and I plan to leave it therel. I'm building a tower for the 15M 
beam.  No, I wouldn't use it long term for something as big as that 15M 
yagi.
