[TowerTalk] Ground Rod through basement floor

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts about putting a ground rod through my
basement floor. My conclusion for the moment based on all of your input is
that I need to study the situation more closely and I need to be very
concerned about ensuring that I keep lightning strikes outside the house and
not inadvertently encourage them to come in.  I have more research to do.
