[TowerTalk] HDBX-48 figures for 90 mph zone

This might work if your building officials aren't engineers, are bad at math and ignore the load profile of the tower itself.

Wind, however, does a great job of uncovering those types of errors, if you were unlucky enough to see wind at the design limits.
