[TowerTalk] New Tower Old Base

Keep the information on the list; I want to know more about this as well.   

A local here upgraded from a 50' to a 70' tower, and did this very thing.  He used some kind of an epoxy to glue in the bolts.  Obviously the base has to be large enough to do this.  So far so good.
