If its a guyed tower, you don't need any bolts. Take a look at the Rohn 25,
45 and 55 pier pins. A simple single pin in the center of the base plate is
all that is required. Take a look at the Rohn info.
All of the force of a guyed tower is down. There is little to no lateral
force at the base.
