[TowerTalk] Force12 rivets

I have seen element tips sheer off with vibration not from the element 
clamping system.

I have a couple of older C3's I believe they made a change and added one 
more rivet or I might have on a different angle just because it was easy 
to do.  I just took one down at my folks place and will have to look the 
next time I am over there.
