I am glad i got the motor drive, with the positive pull 
down...especially when the wind is blowing  , I can see how the tower 
would wait till the wind calms before you could let it down....and 
the positive pull down will pull it down.

Also the tilt over....

both good 'lifetime' investments,,, especially appreciated as I'm 
moving the station 500 miles east to a hill in Prosperity.....
