Yup it does have four sections, must be my eyes: -)

It is using the Tri-ex style rebar mounts which I have seen people use
before when they have cut off the original and welded to a T-base so that it
can be leveled like US-towers.  My 70' Tri-ex uses a five bolt pattern and
not four like that one.  Also the winch is different to Tri-ex unless it was
a 60's modal or something, mine is 1980 and has an exposed drum for the pull
up and pull down cables.
