[TowerTalk] Mosley TA-33MW with TA-40-KR Problem

Hi Hector -

Just a  guess -  A shorted 20 meter driven element trap might lengthen the 
apparent length on 20, therefore lower the  20 meter frequency and shorten 
the apparent length on 40, therefore raise the 40 meter frequency.
