[TowerTalk] Tower Leasing

I put in my WISP AGREEMENT that their lease expires if/when I sell.  I have
to give them 30 days notice to closing so that they have time to move.

I usually word it that either at a sale the deed will reflect this as an 
"easement" of sorts or that the buyer will sign a contract with us at 
closing.
