Kevin, if your application requires use of the velocity factor, then the  
only safe way to have accurate data is to measure it yourself, on the actual  
cable you plan to use.
 
Velocity factor is known to have variations from run to run, especially in  
the foam dielectric types of coax. This makes published data an 
approximation at  best.
 
There are a number of ways to determine velocity factor and more info  can 
be provided if needed.
