[TowerTalk] TriEx THD-354 questions

I have an opportunity to pick up a nice condition THD-354.   I know this is
supposed to be guyed but if I do this my plan is to bracket it to a
structure at ab out 15ft.  I would only raise it to no more than 40ft and it
would support  one or two 6M5X 6m yagis and maybe a a couple of M2 satellite
antennas.

Do you think this tower would work for this?  Or is it too light-duty?  Will
a HD-73 rotor or a Yaesu 5400 rotor fit inside the upper section?
