<0.25 dB for 100ft of Belden 8267 (an RG-213 type), LMR 400 is 0.162 dB
RG-58 type (solid dielectric) is about twice that.  LMR240 is 0.36dB
low density dielectric helps a bit, but you'd have to decide whether .1 
dB for 100 ft is worth it.  (goes up as sqrt of frequency.. at 30 MHz, 
the RG213 is at 1.1 dB/100ft)
