Are YOU going to dismantle it and essentially, someone can come and pick 
it up, laying on the ground?

Or, are you expecting the recipient to lower the tower and dismantle it?

It makes a huge difference...  taking down old towers is dangerous, 
depending on their condition, and how much you want to spend.
