[TowerTalk] Rohn - Spaulding Tower

Is the leg bent on the bottom section near the ground?  If so, a hack saw 
would be the tool of choice. Then the recycle truck would be the next step. 
If it was free, (which it should be) then cut it down, if it survives 
fine... If it doesn't, see my above comments.
