Do my eyes decieve me, or in picture 4, and to a lesser extent in picture 7, 
is there not a significant lean to the tower?

      It appears to be a Rohn ??BX-series tower.  The ?? means it could be a 
HDBX for "heavy duty" but I can't see enough of the structure to say for 
sure.
