[TowerTalk] "ZL Special for 15m"

That's the one I built for 20M in the early 60's and worked around 200 
countries on it pointed at 20 degrees azimuth from Sacramento.  It was 
strung between my house and a tree in the backyard, up only around 25 feet. 
Worked great!
