[TowerTalk] 2. Emotator rotor motor problem (Glen)

If I understand correctly .....
I had a similar problem with the old CDE rotor of my father.
The problem was the brake.
The electromagnetic brake that recalls, was oxidized.
Cleaned up the device, is back to work.
