[TowerTalk] towers for guys with weak body parts

To lower a Hazer or Razr on a guyed tower, the guys would have to be taken off at the 
bottom. The tram would travel with them inside it. Seems phillystran would be easier 
to deal with, providing the tram didn't do damage.
