What actual dimensions do you need?

There isn't a standard 2 3/8" pipe... is that the actual OD of the tubing?

The McMaster catalog has ones to fit all the standard pipe sizes
(Assuming you're using 2" pipe, which is actually 2 3/8" OD.. so you
need something which is on the order of 2 1/2" between the insides of
the bolts.)

Looks like McMaster has 3 galvanized versions in various rod sizes/threads.

If you're looking for something with a precision fit (like you need a
saddle clamp for tubing), then a u bolt probably isn't what you want.
