[TowerTalk] Why radials improve radiation!

Yeh Eddy, gaining knowledge in the field is sort of like adding radials 
isn't it. Get all you can, or have the patience for, and then go with it. 
But don't knock the guys who may have some theoretical background in the 
subject and are willing to share it .
