[TowerTalk] Prop pitch motor resistance values

Hi Tom, resistance is very low. The most likely problem is with the  
brushes. With enough use, the brushes wear out. The copper face of the  commutator 
can also wear and need refacing. Kind of like in the old automotive  days 
when generators had the same problem.
