Might be.. I'm not sure what operators go for, and whether you'd be 
paying for a minimum 8 hour day, too.

I did a quick search..

4 ton stinger to 110 ft is $125/hr, 3 hr min

A 118' boom with a personnel basket is $120/hr, 3 hr min

So, yep, looks like crane/basket is probably better if you can get the 
job done in a few hours.  If it's an all day affair, the boom lift might 
be a better deal.

In any case, $500 looks like a decent estimate to use "equipment" rather 
than climbing.
