[TowerTalk] coaxial jumpers

The loss difference between a one- or two-meter length of any quality coax
product else isn't much. In shack I'd be more interested in shield coverage
and physical flexibility than low loss. LMR-400 is too stiff for inside
jumpers for my taste.

I think your BuryFlex inside is just fine. Belden claims dual silver shields
for 98% coverage, and it's 3/16" in diameter, which might make it easier to
handle. It might be a bit stiffer, though, I haven't used it.

Subject: [TowerTalk] coaxial jumpers

Hello,

I need to add some filters and I need coax jumpers.

My antennas use BuryFlex and LMR400 coaxial. Inside the jack, I use BuryFlex
for jumpers between amps, power meters, antenna switch.

I was offered some Teflon RG142B/U but seems it have more loose than the
BuryFlex, right?

Is there another option or is better to use the same coaxial for all
connections?

thanks,

Jorge
