[TowerTalk] Ham IV Rotor Motor Voltage Boost ? (Sluggish rotation)

Doug-
I have my Cap under the rotor and it works well. However, it is really a 
"Phase control" and is in the circuit only for one direction, so any 
help will be only part-time. check the control box circuit diagram.
