Other mailers might perform similar message hiding.  One reason this feature
gets implemented is to help prevent mail loops.  Try setting up an alternate
email address on gmail or whatever and subscribe it to the list, then see if
it can see the messages you send from your main address.  If you use a gmail
address for the secondary, you can set up a filter to then forward towertalk
messages from your main back to your main.
