[TowerTalk] Old Phillystran vs. New Phillystran

I recently acquired some NOS (new-old-stock) Phillystran. Based on its weight 
and diameter, it's HPTG 11200. How can I tell whether it is old Philly, that 
requires potting, or new Philly, that uses Big Grips ?
