What about California......an Earthquake (would be tough and have to be
fast) would work, or maybe 115 degree day?

Don't forget that the antenna will only work well if it was put up in a
howling snow and sleet storm.  Antennas put up in good weather will not get
out of the back yard.

For those of you down south, maybe you can substitute a hurricane or
something.  ;-)
