[TowerTalk] QSL card in the hole before the concrete pour

My goodness, what a wonderful question! I have a card from an old QSO back
in 1956 where I made a QSO across town on 3825 with a modified ARC5. That
was before LOTW and computers. Would this card suffice?

What if you only QSL via LOTW? Do you have to throw in a computer? :-{
