At the risk of sounding  sanctimonious (I'm not, really!) follow these steps: 

  a.. Go to google.com (or your own favorite search engine) 
  b.. Enter the phrase "teflon rca plug" without the quotes 
  c.. Press the enter key 
  d.. Look at the approximate 843,000 results that took roughly 0.20 seconds for Google to find (your hit numbers may vary)

  e.. Choose the retailer of your choice [Seattle HiFi ... http://compare.ebay.com/like/400245313160?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y)] looks like they're in Washington as well
