Guys.  I bought my 400 ultra-flex from ABR Industries  www.abrind.com .  I bought the ultra-flex which has stranded center conductor and it works just fine.  ABR will be getting LMR 600 and 600 ultra-flex in stock soon.  This is UV resistant and can be buried.  NO I do not work for them but am very happy with there product and service.
