I'd suggest useing flex conduit in either 3/4" or 1" size also known as liquid tite... This is available at Lowes, Home Depot or your local electrical supply house. You should use the less expensive type without metal in it because it is electrically  and resitivly inert so it shoulde not affect
the level of  reactance of the coax.  Don Trosky  WO9O
