[TowerTalk] Dipole center insulator strain releif

Good idea Stan.  Then the cable is supported by the cord.
I'm getting ready to string up a dipole for 30 meters, I'll give it a try try.
I have some 3/16" black dacron polyester antenna rope that is pretty easy to work with.
